Had a really good experience with advice from Sam in the store. 10/10 service, would reccommend to anyone, knows what he's on about, helped me with my new S25+ even though he didn't sell it to me, glad I chose EE.

I had an issue with my sim where it had been deactivated upon trying to switch to an ESIM. Over the weekend I visited the store in Kidderminster and thanks to the help from Sam, I was able to use my phone for call and data, etc. thanks for the help and I can only recommend

Absolutely terrible customer service mainly from the store manager
I brought a new samsung tablet from there got it home to find it was faulty
Went back to store to be spoken to like dirt by the manager ans to be told he didn't believe me that the item was faulty kept telling me to call ee because he wasn't going to refund me
I called ee ans they was great on phone and said there is no reason for him not to refund me
To be fair to ee on the phone they agreed to sort it out for me because of the amount of trouble I'd had in store
I was also told I didn't have 28 days to cancel and that I'd signed to agree to it
No terms were explained to me just sighn here and here on a ipad
The manager is not fit for any store and needs to be disciplined for this i will be taking this further just to make an example out of him
They will never have any business from me or my company again and I will pass the word round so other people don't get the same treatment.

As alll shops of ee are the same .its as it is a phone shop staff a little slow .orderd a phone from here as I was passing it didnt come they then wanted me to go back to the shop to sit there while they rang .total waste of my time .orde your phone on line its easier if theres any issue you dont have to return to a shop and sit there while they chat to customer services .do it yourself they cant do anything unless your sat there .
