Disappointing that after making an appointment that the staff member who we were meeting decided to hide away in the back room leaving us waiting 10 minutes before another staff member helped us out.

I visited the store on the 28/12/22 and was very happy with the service I received.An issue with my contract details meant that it took 4 hours to get the issue solved and to get my new phone. The sales assistant, Gorgi was very friendly and professional and reassured me that he would do everything to make sure I got my new phone that day. (Which he did!)I really appreciate all his help and I am very happy with my new phone and contract. I didn't mind waiting 4 hours because I knew it was not the stores fault at all (an issue with details in the back office) and all of the store assistants came to offer help at some point, and they couldn't have been more apologetic for my wait.I also whilst in the store, encountered some rather rude customers who just wanted someone to complain about to be honest. The staff handled it very well but I couldn't help but feel bad for the way they were spoken to, because I know first hand what that is like and they didn't deserve that. They were quite understaffed and really doing their best.Thankyou again for helping me out and not giving up! 5 stars ?

Had to visit today in Kidderminster because EE had blocked my way into my billing area. The young lady who dealt with me was very good & sorted my phone out for me. An asset to EE. I am wondering why there were only two assistants in the shop to serve people. I feel that we have to wait ages now wherever we go to sort out a problem.

Elderly Relative just went in to open a new contract. Sales assistant was rude, disengaged, indifferent and concocted an excuse not to serve her leaving her in a state of distress. Absolutely dismal service .

EE Kidderminster very disappointing customer service today. Lack of knowledge of PAUG packages. No help to maintain present package and transfer to new handset. Refused to set up phone. No desire to try to help. Had to ring 150 and DIY. Should have bought sim free from supermarket shelf or argos.Supermarket phone shop were much more customer friendly.
