Kidderminster 30/8/25 Visited with a friend to replace my very old PC. I am in my 80s and only wanted something for email, looking at web sites and using MS word for the odd letter and other bits. No games or other high speed needs.
We where served by REBEKAH who understood my needs, pointed out several items and did not try to oversell.
Made a purchase of a LENOVO TOWER. Very satisfied

I visited the Kidderminster store looking for a new phone however, 30 minutes earlier I was in the Blackpole Worcester store and the difference in store sales assistants I spoke to was unbelievable.
The Worcester store assistant just seemed to no interest in me or even being at work.
However in Kidderminster I got what I needed despite Worcester telling me that non are available locally.
The sales assistant was called Leah and she found everything I needed and restored my faith and proved that there are some good people out there who just want to work and offer good customer service whenever they can
I hope her Manager passed on my gratitude for a job well done.

No one to serve us. Waiting at the till for ten minutes one member of staff refused to serve us because he was looking after the store floor. Not impressed

Pleasantly surprised by Currys.
I went in needing a simple WiFi extender and left with a full mesh network, something I didn?t expect, but turned out to be exactly what I needed.
Their selection is broad enough for someone who isn't especially into electronics to find what they need without getting overwhelmed.
Staff were friendly, helpful, and not bothersome, which made for a simple, pleasant experience. The price wasn?t the absolute cheapest I found, but it was close enough and the convenience made it worth it.
Overall, I'm really happy.

Needed some technical advice to assist with a purchase. Visited my local curry?s and the very helpful Reece was on hand to talk me through the various products available. He was also able to check what was in stock which further streamlined my buying process. Staff like this are an asset to an organisation and what sets out a store from an online purchase. Highly recommended.

I have only clicked and collected here a couple times this year, but so far every time the staff have been really nice and friendly, and it's been incredibly simple and quick to get my stuff and go. The counter is right by the front door too so you don't need to faff about. Can't fault it at all.

I was served by Ben today although they didn?t have the dishwasher I wanted in stock he talked me though the different options they had available he also checked local stores for stock of the item I originally wanted, Ben was polite helpful and knowledgeable thank you mate

Samal and Jordan were wonderful delivering our fridge freezer to the Hutchinson family today. We are not very accessible but nothing was too much trouble for them. Helpful and polite they are a credit to the company. Washing machine next ---- thank you so much guys. So 5 stars for these guys BUT
we then ordered the washing machine. We explained to the lady that a washing machine had never been plumbed inbefore and that we would need Curry's to do that for us. This came at a cost of £30.
The machine was supposed to be delivered between 7am and 11.05. We had lots to do so timing was important to us. The washing machine was not delivered until 1.30pm and then we were informed that they could not do the work and that we would need a plumber. The time was not kept to and clearly the instructions we gave the lady who originally took our order either did not understand what we were saying or didn't care. This was a totally different experience and one which i don't want a repeat of.
