I have walked past this coffee ?? shop many a time before, and yesterday I decided to venture into it again for the second time. I love the interior and the general look of the place, it has a very clean and classic look about it. Again the service from the female behind the counter was helpful and friendly, and very quick at taking my order and serving it. I once again ordered a jacket potato ? with chilli con carne and red leicester cheese ?, it was absolutely delicious and worth the money. Below is a photo ? of what I had to eat inside Cosy Coffee.
Will definitely be my new place to visit every Friday!

Nice cafe. My brownie was massive and gooey. Lovely. However, my stepson had shortcake and it wasn't very nice and he realised later he had been charged £12 for a coffee and cake ?

It?s annoying because the food is good but the atmosphere the staff create is awful. behind the till talking so loud i can?t have a conversation with the person across from me then hoovering the stairs an hour before closing. The place is disgustingly dirty considering all the hoovering, especially the bathroom and stairs. Shame because it used to be a lovely place to go. I?d recommend sitting upstairs if you want to be able to have a conversation.

Some young girl early teens I'd say, sat outside the cafe, gave my mum a good horrible eyeing up and down and I mean a very good looking up and down just staring at her for no reason as we were crossing the road, I stared back at her then she looked at me, I should have poured her drink all over her or mine I was carrying tbh. How dare she. If that's how you bring up your children I put shame on you also.

A lovely place to pop in for lunch with friends and our dogs. I had a jacket potato which was lovely and my friend had the vegan soup which again was very good . Very nice staff. Good price for lovely food. Thank you.
Vegetarian options: Just beautiful soup. Reminded me of my grandmother soup.

Has potential to be one of the best cafes in Kidderminster. Jacket potatoes are lovely, although the fillings are minimal in my opinion and they charge you extra for a small side salad. Not like it use to be for me

This place has been going downhill for a while now, incredibly rude & unwelcoming staff, who stand gathered behind the till, laugh and talk about customers & ignore customers that need help, uncomfortable and cramped atmosphere & mediocre food.The food is okay but the jacket potatoes are stupidly priced, they charge you extra to have salad with it which is mad, they give you the tiniest little portion of filling & make you pay extra if you want a little bit more cheese or butter.Atmosphere is awful because it?s so cramped in there and the staff clearly have no customer service training.One member of staff ?Ellie? was incredibly rude to a young lady with clear learning disabilities & ignored an older gentleman who asked for a fork to eat his cake with, she ignored him for that long that he ended up saying to her ?I?ll just eat it with my hands shall I??.Such a shame it?s one of the only cafes in Kidderminster because I wouldn?t keep going in there. Some serious customer service training is needed.

Amazing place with a great atmosphere, totally recommend for breakfast/ brunch. Portions are great value for money, and the best drinks. The peach ice tea is amazing, but could come in a larger size possibly. Bacon sandwich is great too, would be nice if bread was warmed up. Overall amazing ??
