Staff excellent ! All running around working well together? Food ok ?? ... The Bugbear... Too much work for staff... Drive through busy and Cafe 90% full. Insufficient staff to cope with very high workload... Poor management as always with Costa franchises...

Was served at Costa by a lovely young guy, Eli! What a well rounded, and well-mannered individual ? was greeted pleasantly at the drive-through speaker and served pleasantly at the window. Drink was made and handed to me topped with his own special touch. Exactly the type of service needed after a long day... thank you Eli, sure will enjoy this latte on a cold evening ?

I had a major mishap in store. I have mobility issues and spilt my drinks.The team were quick to clear up and had no hesitation in replacing my spilt drinks. Thank you to all concerned.
