A gem of a pharmacy. First visit today as just moved into the area, was welcomed by a lovely lady who checked all my details and dispensed my repeat prescription quickly. Always nice to be chatted to pleasantly as a person, something that was never done in Birmingham, often rude and offhand as couldn?t really be bothered. Am so glad Crest is my pharmacy now.

I visited Crest pharmacy this afternoon and Norma served me she was polite, helpful and genuinely interested in my health.All the staff are polite and provide a quick service in comparison to other Kidderminster pharmacies I have visited but I feel Crest pharmacy to be outstanding and Norma especially goes above and beyond when it entails customer satisfaction.So Thankyou for providing an above and beyond service.-Jodie
