Have used Franche Co op for years for the fresh bread. Their bread is absolutely 2nd to none. We travel from Wolverhampton to get it. If you do close, please, please Mr Baker open up your own shop ? ? ?

Staff are wonderful. The people in the store and on the tills. Fresh food however, is quite often poor, especially mushrooms. Stock is regularly low, or empty. Management obviously want us to use self service, when quite obviously most customers don?t want to. They have stopped us going through empty till lanes, which are very often unmanned, in order for us to use self service. When you use kiosk they tell us it?s 10 items max. Thank goodness the staff have common sense.

Popped into this store on the weekend with my girlfriend to pick up some snacks before watching the local rugby game and left disgusted.
What started off as a few glances from a couple of staff members resulted in my girlfriend and I overhearing homophobic comments. I'm deeply disappointed at how unwelcome the staff made us feel when this company preaches an "Inclusion and Belonging Strategy". Quite honestly it's disgusting behaviour and neither of us will be returning.

Great little store but once again, ruined by the disgusting car park! Volunteer litter pickers cleaned the car park a few weeks back and it's horrible again! Why should unpaid volunteers do a job when the Co-op makes a huge profit each year? Give the staff some overtime to clean the area before the store closes each evening, or is this to much to ask? This rubbish blows into the streets..disgusting!

Oh my days, on visit near here, the car park pot holes are a plenty, I nearly fell down one, it was massive ? next time I'm passing will take lots of pics, and then get my suspension checked.
