Gary did an absolutely fantastic job repairing my bedside drawer. The drawer front had completely broken and it really would have ruined the look of the bed, but Gary repaired it so beautifully that it now feels solid, sturdy, and looks as good as new.
I?m genuinely so grateful for the care and attention he put into fixing it. He was friendly, professional, and clearly takes real pride in his work. The repair was done efficiently and the drawer looks brand new.

A pleasure to do business with. Gary of Chair Necessities is a highly experienced upholsterer with fantastic knowledge and skill of his craft. Gary explained everything that was needed for a successful replacement of foam inserts, kept communication going and ensured that everything was agreed price wise and quality wise before proceeding. Gary is such a lovely man who has given our three piece suite a new lease of life. Replacing our sagging sofa and chair cushions with new quality foam inners, they feel as good as new and we are really happy.
Over time, the seat covers had become soiled and the pads inside had lost their strength but the rest of the sofa was in good condition. So, we thought we'd contact Gary about the possibility of him making us new seat pads and covers in a fabric to contrast with our suite.
Gary has so much knowledge about upholstery and fabrics and let us borrow fabric sample books to help us find a new fabric for the seat pads but in the end we managed to wash the covers so only the pads needed replacing.
Gary was helpful, supportive and reassured us that the job could be done, without putting us under any pressure. The cost of the foam and his work was fair and we are delighted. We no longer need to go looking for a new suite. Thank you so much Gary.

Gary did a great job bringing our leather recliner chairs back to life, they were so saggy, uncomfortable & hard to get out of.
But thanks to Gary?s great work they are now just like brand new, so comfortable and feel like new again.
We were also very impressed with the turn around time, both collected, repaired and returned on the same day, excellent service.
Gary is very flexible with people too & will work around times to suit.
