“Called into the Kidderminster office, they were most helpful. Normally I sort on the phone but I couldn’t understand the gentleman but I do know he tried selling me another phone alongside my present contract ?‍♀️Kiddi sorted it and it was straightforward.”

“I recently upgraded my mobile phone and went to CeX to see if they would buy my old one. I had already given myself a benchmark price of £20.00 or better, otherwise I would put it on eBay instead. CeX offered me £42.00 cash or £54.00 store credit. I was delighted and took the cash. Note that it is a 40 minute process while they check the phone over. I did make sure that the phone was boxed as new with all the original accessories, and a spare screen protector as they take the one that's on the phone off. Also, make sure that the EMEI numbers and bar codes are clearly legible. I put clear tape over the ones on a new phone as they can rub off in use making the phone unsaleable. I can highly recommend CeX.”

“I visited the store on the 28/12/22 and was very happy with the service I received.An issue with my contract details meant that it took 4 hours to get the issue solved and to get my new phone. The sales assistant, Gorgi was very friendly and professional and reassured me that he would do everything to make sure I got my new phone that day. (Which he did!)I really appreciate all his help and I am very happy with my new phone and contract. I didn't mind waiting 4 hours because I knew it was not the stores fault at all (an issue with details in the back office) and all of the store assistants came to offer help at some point, and they couldn't have been more apologetic for my wait.I also whilst in the store, encountered some rather rude customers who just wanted someone to complain about to be honest. The staff handled it very well but I couldn't help but feel bad for the way they were spoken to, because I know first hand what that is like and they didn't deserve that. “Had a problem with my mobile data and qas taking a lot to sort out for various reasons .Online the staff at Vodafone were horrendous kept being g passed to various people rang Vodafone also awful but to be fair to Benji the manager in store he was helpful and calm and the problem was resolved .Highly recommend the staff in store !”
