5* All the way.From helping us to choose the colour and design to suit our budget. To organising a convenient time to have our new flooring fitted.Adam and John were very patient and friendly. We didn't feel rushed or pressured.We were even quickly refunded for materials that they decided we did not need to use. This was after they visited and check that our original flooring was suitable for laying the new Karndean flooring upon.I can not recommend EFO highly enough. If you are considering new flooring then this is the company to shop with. You will not be disappointed.

Aladins cave of remnants gave us lots of options when getting a rug made to measure. It's much cheaper than other places we tried. Staff helpful, easy parking for collection.

How can you actually "enjoy" shopping for carpets?Well, you can go to Carpet Factory Outlets of course! They're a good bunch of folks here. Really helpful, offering sound advice and opinion.Had a good chat with Adam (really personable, good bloke) there a couple of days ago and have had Russ here today measuring up stairway and landing - another good egg.We're happy. You probably will be too!
