Attentive, friendly and efficient staff. Consistently good coffee. Plenty of indoor seating and a few tables outside for when the sun is occasionally shining!

The general appearance of the place is worn out and dirty,the plastic seat cover on the chair is ingrained with grime and the toilet was disgusting! It certainly has not been cleaned properly for a while.perhaps they are looking for shabby chic,sorry will not go there again, gone downhill.

Lovely branch of this brand of coffee shops. Very friendly staff, particularly Christian who is very helpful and welcoming. Very relaxed atmosphere, where you can meet friends, get some work done on your laptop, read a book or newspaper, or just watch the world go by!

A large corner space offering lots of seating in comfy chairs. Clean, but the interior has aged compared to Costa and Starbucks. Refurbishment is needed! Service is okay. Coffee is average, in my opinion. The prices are pretty steep. The iced pistachio frappe I purchased was over £5 for a "large." Insane.

Great coffee, great atmosphere. Only down point is the opening hours, shame it isn't later. Enjoy sitting outside watching the day go by.

No real complaints about this Cafe Nero, coffee was good, staff are friendly and efficient. It was a slow and peaceful day, so it was a relaxing cup of coffee. If I had to come up with one negative is that the decor and furniture could use a little updating.

Tables filthy. Best one I could find had coffee rings of varying levels of dryness so clearly hadn?t been cleaned between several customers. One next to me was covered in spilled drinks and food crumbs. I was there for about 15 minutes while I waited for someone - in that time no one came out to clear or clean tables. When I got home I realised my skirt was marked up the back with sticky, milky coffee stains from the seat. If this is what cleanliness is like front of house, it makes me wonder what it?s like behind the scenes.

Every time I visit my daughter in Kidderminster we take coffee and cake at Caffe Nero, and for the last few times I wonder when the owner will start to do some referb. My recent visit in October I couldn´t even sit in one of the window seats as it smelt of urine ... I told the Manager and she didn´t seem at all concerned but went over and just sprayed and wiped the seat. Quite honestly every table and chair needs a jolly good clean as they all look very shabby and dirty. The toilet is also very smelly and dirty. The coffee is lovely but dont forget that it is very important to be able to sit in an environment where you can enjoy it too! Coffee #1 just around the corner has a much nicer feeling!
