Took a pair of glasses into Boots to have new pads fitted the assistant who fitted the pads broke the frames and did not say anything, we found the break that evening and took the glasses back the following day. The manager said the glasses were out of warranty and we would have to buy a new pair. This is the most discusting... read full comment
