Very dissappointed in the service provided, after spending £3456 on a new bed the customer service recieved has been shocking - I havent even received it yet either. Will be cancelling my order today As it seems extremely difficult to get a resolution, even after the issue has been caused by one of their own members of staff.

no pushy sales tactics, everything went smoothly and it was delivered within the specified timeframe, I would definitely recommend Benson's for Beds Kidderminster. Thank you so much for your help, after a bad online experience at a different company online elsewhere, we are so grateful.

Due to it taking 3 attempts for our bed to finally be delivered. I would not recommend Bensons for Beds. We waited in all day on the first 2 scheduled delivery days. We only found out it wasn't being delivered when we called to see where it was. Communication was awful.

The delivery drivers damaged my wallpaper carry the furniture, they were clumsy rude and damaged my furniture, they did not build it properly or fix it to the wall. There were screws missing that they did not fit and would never recommend anyone to buy from them again Really dissatisfied with the whole process

I went in to buy a bed.
I was greeted by Mel, who asked if I needed any help.
I asked if I could look around to which he replied yes, call me if you need me.
What a delightful experience I had, being left alone to browse at my own leisure, without a salesperson following and annoying me.
Upon choosing my product, Mel sat me down to complete my purchase and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know regarding the details of my product and offered other products which may have been beneficial to me.
He was professional, polite and clearly new how to treat a customer.
WELL DONE MEL!, You are a credit to your company, keep up the good work ???
