Went in to print a parcel label the printer was blocked, iwas just unblocking it like I'd done many times before when the manager started yelling at us from across the store not to touch the printer
He came over shouting and belittling my husband and I like we were silly children he's a nasty rude man who hasn't got a clue how to speak to customers
Just don't understand how a person like that gets a managerial position
I'm fuming now going to email head office

Even though the pay point was down they still charged me! And the manager literally walked away after saying that there?s nothing he can do Untrustworthy, will never shop at store again.

Nisa is over charging for all their items. I wouldn't mind if it's an extra 20p or maybe 70p but extra £2/3 more than normal corner shops?!?! They should be ashamed of themselves. Not even the staff shop there apparently

Warning ! Check your receipt when buying their offers. They always seem to charge you full price and when you think you are getting an offer. Not a coincidence it happens to regularly.
