came into the kidderminster store to order a kitchen, We met joe for our appointment he was so polite and lovely and so helpful when we found it hard to decide on some things, took us round the shop showing us different options. I m on a mobility scooter and he made sure i was comfortable and could see everything, a credit to the company

They are really terrible people in there
I went in with dad i was buying scrapers since I wanted to do some wallpaper . The staff there had the nerves to not allow me since I did not look 25 to get the scrappers which is a very stupid way of reasoning
. My dad said he would pay for it but they couldn't allow it at all . Which I believe that is nonsense because they claimed that since I was paying I couldn't get it. And when my dad offered they refused as well. I am black as well and i don't want to call it racism but in such a case I would because tell me why the others bought whatever they wanted . Please work on your morals and know better and your reasoning. It is basic common sense.

Clean, clear, easy to park and find everything. Most of the staff are friendly. Security Officer was present and attentive.

We went in to buy a kitchen sink 3 times and was told they couldn't order one for me because the system said the one they had on display was stock! Ended up phoning instead of wasting my time traveling there and Dominic answered and said there's a delivery just come in and they're on it and I'll check and call you back in 20 minutes. No phone call. 2 days later I get an email from Claire Booth saying she's tired calling me a few times. But I've had no missed calls ? needless to say I bought one elsewhere. Poor performance all around in my opinion

Outstanding customer service! I just hope the recognition gets passed to the lady who deserves it. Her name is Claire and paint isn?t her section, you?d never guessed this, helped me find everything I needed, up and down the aisle, over the selves pointing out deals and just generally helpful. Made picking up the paint actually enjoyable! Thank you Claire!

People in there have no idea what they're doing. I have ordered a product online with 48h delivery for Saturday. 6 days later, after no emails or any news from them and several calls to Customer Support and promises that I'll receive an update within an hour, within a day finally they've said he product is OOS. 2 more days later then they changed their mind saying actually it is in stock and ask if I can collect it 300 miles away? Then they said they'll deliver it. Long time after and more calls to Customer Support I receive an email with the cancellation. What's going on in there?? Take it off your system if it's not in stock and stop wasting people's time and money.

Horrible experience!!!
Me, my partner and daughter went in to buy a mains lead.
AS SOON as we walked in we were followed by the security guy.
He followed us EVERYWHERE and stood and stared at us, and communicated with someone on his walkie talkie. I did walk past and asked if there was a problem and as he realised I knew he was following us he stuttered ?what are you looking for?? I told him and then he looked at my partner and said ?what are you looking for??
I said he is with us. He said ?oh, I see, he?s with you?
It was just SO OBVIOUS he was checking if we were there to steal. Could it be because my partner is from Asia?? If so, I now know how people from different backgrounds must feel as soon as they enter a store.
WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had in ANY shop.

Visited Kidderminster store today looking for some advice on kitchens. Met a very knowledgeable sales assistant name of Mike.
Gave me some excellent tips on layout of the units. Will be back next week to get my layout finalised.
