Rang up asked how much to change a sump plug as one on car was rounded had the extraction tool to do it. Also to change the radiator drain plug as head had snapped he said not problem £20 for both, went down he lifted car up again before he started confirmed to change sump plug & drain plug £20. (I supplied new parts)He did the sump plug in 6 minutes then attempted the drain plug gave it a 2 minute go and said I can't do it now bring it back though the week... He said for that £20 so I said so when I bring it back you'll just switch over parts yes that will just be £20 Also !!! Hang on I said twice to you how much for both parts to be changed £20 so to do both parts £20 total he said yes !!! But when I Said this 3 times he denied this or said nothing so for 6 minutes work £20 ! Once you comit to a job finish it not Rob the customer so again another garage in Kidderminster that Rob you of your money if your a woman AVOID. MAY NOT BE SO LUCKY ROBING OR LYING TO THE BLOKES !!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID. !!!!!!!!!

John was quick and efficient and even showed me why he changed the parts, do not understand the rating from the irate lady... maybe she might be the problem as I had no issues and will be returning.

John has done 4 jobs for us now. Can not fault his expertise, knowledge and customer care. I?ve had my fair share of bad mechanics but that?s all changed now. Absoloute godsend.
