Not the best Asda I have been in. Some staff not particularly attentive to customers, I get the impression they really cannot be bothered at times. Whether they are demotivated I don't know but certainly when I need to use the customer services counter I feel as I am really putting them out. The shop itself is small but well stocked, but I only go in there if I really have to.

Useful store but too small, this limits the available products.

I use this store on a regular basis. It is a ?small? supermarket but still has an excellent range of goods both own and proprietary brands. The staff are friendly, work hard and are always friendly. Plenty of car parking.

Nice size of supermarket, good price stuff. Have a few electric appliances but not too much.

I have been going to this store for years. But recently it has gone down hill. I was recently told to leave the store by a young man who claimed to be the manager. He thought I was a shoplifter. I told him he had made a mistake but was too proud to apologise. He asked me to leave several times. Which I did but was not happy at all. Very unprofessional. I did return to speak to the manager but wasn?t sure if they were the manager or not because they were casually dressed. On my latest visit I was followed around by the security man who admitted he was following me around. If had asked to see inside my sports bag I would have happily shown him. He annoyed me and I said I would be back. He said I wasn?t to come back. So unprofessional

Asda rewards?? Went today to make my fourth shop in adherence to current promotion, deadline 2nd or 3td March. Made my purchase, then was informed that the machine that took your membership number was not working. SCAM or what?I was so angry I tipped all my shopping into the trolley and walked away after the manager said he couldn't help.

Plenty of self service tills which do not seem able to function without the aid of an assistant - (time for you to play along at home) do you think there are ever any assistants?....... you got it - nope.Yet to be able to purchase anything without waiting an age for someone to come and work the machine which is designed to reduce the need for so many staff.

Not the best they seem more interested in serving people dropping /picking parcels up than serving people who are actually waiting to at tills spending money

It?s small for an Asda but I guess for essentials it serves a purpose and would be a quicker visit than the Tesco just around the corner. On the occasions I have been here, stock hasn?t been great and the store hasn?t been very tidy, but I?ve managed to get what I needed. No frills, but does the job.

Good deals if you look for them. Used self severice here earlier on, I bought a bottle of Wine with my purchases and I had to wait SO long for someone to come and approve it! I understand that staff maybe doing other things but it was stupid how long I had to wait. Staff took very long to get to me, there was one member of staff on self service who kept taking to her friend completely ignoring customers like me

Well stocked with friendly and welcoming staff

No tills open at all, just crowded self service tills.I didn't want to put a largish shop through myself, and there was no other option as staff seemed engaged elsewhere. So I put my shopping back and left.

As supermarkets go, this really isn't one of the best ones. Car park isn't particularly massive out the front, and is shared with the pet place. The Asda itself isn't a massive shop, has a lot of the essentials albeit on our visit didn't have some of the bits we needed... whole shop felt like they had tried to jam things in. Get to the checkouts and they are mostly those annoying self serve things which if you are buying a couple of things is fine, but not always great if your getting more (which is likely when you only pop in for a 'couple of things'!)

Walked here from Travelodge round corner, was a tidy well stocked store. Would've left a 5 but realised I'd been overcharged, only 70 or 80p but no point having cheapest item free on the meal deal bits if it doesn't give you the cheapest free. I didn't realise till after, and I didn't get a receipt to save paper. This I'm sure is just an Asda thing rather than this store particularly, store itself was perfect for our needs.
