Depends who you get on the desk. Have bought 2 washing machines within 2 weeks (ours and mother in law). The first one was wheeled out on a trolley by a very helpful man and helped us put it in the back of the car. The second one, I was told they "didn't have the right staff" (not sure what specialist knowledge you need to use a sack truck) and when I asked to borrow the truck myself, was told it was against company insurance policy. There were 4 staff present doing very little who watched me and my elderly father try and drag the washing machine through the Sainsbury's store to the car. Only a member of the Sainsbury's staff helped (different policy?). Altogether an absolute nightmare and extremely unhelpful. If it wasn't for the first experience, I would never use this store again.

Good experience recently returning a faulty laptop, still within warranty. Did not ask me excessive questions. Replaced laptop for a new one. Happy customer

Absolutely terrible place the manager is a joke he is arrogant,ignorant and needs to get some customer service training didn?t want to help in any way,just wouldn?t listen to a word we were saying he was very rude will never use this place again.

Argos-Kidderminster has among they?re crew a very arrogant and ignorant member of staff that works at the collection and returning points. A lady has been very determined not to accept an item as a return, although it was in a resealable condition with all the parts in the original box. According to the return policy I had the right to do so. However this lady refused to accepted back on the grounds that I have used the product. Plug-in it and observing how it works DOES NOT COUNT AS USE!!!!!!Review your customer service policy Argos- Kidderminster!

The member of staff named Tom was really helpful on Sunday afternoon. I wasn't sure what photo paper size was best for what I needed it for. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me.

Absolutely disgusted with what I've experienced, spent £200 for home delivery which was due 2 days ago (made sure its in time for my sons birthday in 3 days) and I've had to find out what's going on as my order never came to be told the order wasn't even sent and they have to re order everything and it will come in 7 days and cant refund me.... so my son has no birthday presents!!!! Absolutely fuming, even the customer service was like I was dirt to them, didn't give a care in actually helping me, spoke to me like I'm a joke and no effort reassuring me when they can clearly see I'm distressed, just got a this is all i can do so lump it sort of attitude... came out in tears with how much I was made to feel useless and intimidated and I had no choice or anything I said they didn't care!... honestly will never be shopping here again....

Brilliant Little Shop! Collected an item from this store on a busy Saturday. Few external issues regarding the package (sender issues not Argos). Must say SIMON was extremely helpful and I wish I could employ a million of him. Very helpful and patient! An asset to Argos!!!!! Cheers
