Unfortunately l left feeling extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Despite having high expectations based on recommendations, my visit fell short in several aspects.The quality of the nail services provided did not meet expectations. The gel application was particularly unsatisfactory, as it was noticeably uneven and did not adhere properly to my nails.Overall, my experience at Angelnails salon Kidderminster was far from satisfactory, and I am hesitant to return or recommend your services to others. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively to improve the salon's operations and ensure better experiences for future customers.Furthermore, I was dismayed to witness that the utensils were being passed from one customer to another without proper cleaning or sterilization in between. This practice is highly unsanitary and poses significant health risks to your clients.I also observed that my nail technician touched her nose without wearing gloves and then proceeded to touch my hand. Disgusting!Perhaps investing in additional training or hiring more experienced staff could enhance the overall quality of service!

I went with my family for the first time recently after seeing previous positive reviews. I am so glad we did! Everyone's nails looked amazing and we are thrilled with the results. All the girls were so friendly and proffessional too. It has definitely become our new go to nail place!

staff were rude and laughing at me and making fun of me. charged me £38 for plain acrylics with no gel, polish or design and didn?t do the length or colour i asked for.

Steph and Nat are amazing love them both, beautiful new outfit of the shop too..they look after you here if your looking for a warm welcome and excellent service give them a call ? I went to angel nails for the first time yesterday and it won?t be the last! Holly did me a full set of acrylic ombré nails and they are fantastic. They are all such a lovely bunch as well, I felt really comfortable in there. Wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them! Thank you angel nails ????

Great people, so friendly. Unfortunately seem to be in such a rush the detailing is missed. Last time nails weren't filed properly and this time I booked a different technician, however, I didn't notice until I left that 3 nails didn't have top coat on and were still sticky. Shame as they're really good.
