Absolute favourite salon. Cassie is my go to stylist, who?s superb. Having enjoyed brilliant cuts & colours over the years from both Fi Nic, you?re in safe, friendly, brilliant stylist hands no matter who you see from the team. Such a lovely vibe, always a great soundtrack playing in the background & welcoming salon from start to finish of every booking. Thanks girls ??

Today my fantastically thoughtful son treated me to a treat here at Phinix hair hagley.I have not been to a hairdressers for at least 20 years!! so i was excited but a bit nervous i had pre conceived ideas of feeling totally out of my comfort zone. However All of the staff couldn?t have been kinder nicer and welcoming. My stylist Ellen was so friendly kind and helped me decide on style & colour Fi the co-owner i believe was also so genuinely kind interested and insightful about my hair the salon is relaxed and calm i had lots of lovely coffee?s & water.Ellen is a lovely young woman and very good at her job i felt thoroughly pampered & looked after. They also have an amazing array of clothing for sale which i will be going back to have a good look at(could easily become a spending spree) such a beautiful collection of clothes.I spent a few hours at the salon & as i mentioned before my super wonderful kind thoughtful son treated me today after breast cancer diagnosis in April & several months of operations & treatments,today was exactly what i needed so a huge thankyou to all of the team at Phinix!!! ? & i can?t wait to return! might even be a bit braver next time & go shorter?? If you are lucky enough to live near Hagley you MUST go to Phinix hair 5 stars ?? all the way professional friendly and i left feeling wonderful do thankyou all especially Ellen see you soon i hopeService: Hairstyling

Very slow service.Left me sitting there for twenty minutes in the cold with wet hair while she finished blow drying someone else.Ended up with a rushed cut and blow dry, very unfair considering the prices they charge.Wouldn?t use again and wouldn?t recommend.Services: Hairstyling

I suffer from alopecia, and have been extremely impressed with the skill of Fi and Nick who have both worked wonders on my hair, despite the challenges and ever changing nature of it!They both have really listened to me describing what I want, are realistic explaining to me what is possible, make suggestions for what would look good (which always do) and spend lots of time showing me progress throughout the styling process to make sure I am happy. I never feel rushed and have definitely run over appointments as they are making sure we achieve the look that I want, which I really appreciate.All the staff are friendly and attentive and the salon is gorgeous and private. The service is personable and you feel that people know you and what you need. I have also enjoyed manicures for a good price. I highly recommend Phinix and I am very glad to have found them. Thank you for making my hair dreams I never thought were possible! ??????
