Cannot say anywhere near enough to describe how wonderful the team were leading up to this week and on the day of my mums funeral. The food was incredible and copious and the ladies helping us serve and clear on the day were incredible, so professional, kind, considerate and thinking about everything before we ever needed to. They really helped make the wake a lovely friendly place which allowed us to interact with the people that loved my mum freely. Thank you so much from the whole family. Definitely recommend for any and all gatherings ??????

Had the good fortune to be with my friend Grahame,the first new customers in the reopened Hagley Cafe, full English breakfast, was excellent,Mandy was so welcoming,and the staff attentive to our needs,the food looked good on the plate,just what you need,to make you want to return for another visit,and that is what we intend to do very soon,thank you Mandy,regards Tony

My Mom and I went into the cafe today, after being recommended, and we are very glad we did ? We had scones and the pineapple tart and both were absolutely delicious! The owner and staff were all really welcoming and friendly. We will be visiting again very soon when they reopen on 17th February (worth the drive out). Would highly recommend - 5 stars all round.

Staff were incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and welcoming. The cafe has a warm atmosphere. The food I ordered was very good quality, and I did not have to wait long. The tables and floor were spotless, and the chairs were very comfy. Absolute 5 star rating.

Recently visited Hadley Park cafe for a light lunch with a friend, the food and service were impeccable! The manager ( Michelle) went the extra mile!
The experience was definitely a must visit ! I will definitely be returning soon .

A superb cafe for the Hagley area and what makes our visit every time is the good customer service. The sausage and bacon let so many places down, but it's quality here? Very dog and people friendly make the Hagley Cafe an asset for the community and highly recommended ?

My friend has been to this place a few times and said the staff were friendly so we decided to go there today and how disappointed we were. The usual lady wasn't there , instead a miserable, unfriendly woman (short hair, glasses).She became impatient with us while we were trying to decide what to order , which wasn't a great start. The food came and it wasn't very warm. I had to go to the counter to ask for the condiments as we weren't asked if we wanted any.The young girl was friendly but there was absolutely no atmosphere whatsoever.On the way out the woman never even looked up to say bye as we passed her.It was like we were a nuisance. Felt very unwelcome. This was a birthday treat so I didn't want to make a scene but with hindsight I wish I had, hence this review.Our original plan was to go to Jimmy Macks in Halesowen and I really wish we had gone there. You're always made to feel very welcome there and the staff are lovely too, plus great food at good prices.
