Very good service when arranging new glasses however after waiting more than two weeks for them, I received a call to say the lenses were not right and had to be made again. I am expecting another two weeks wait. Really not very good.

Just recently moved to Evesham. Went to get my eyes tested for the first time which went ok. I came out and were choosing a pair of glasses, I had mentioned that I am a colleague and that it?ll be my first time using my colleague card there. The guy there said that it was unnecessary for some odd reason. I brushed it off and went back a few months later for my contact lens appointment. Mentioned about the colleague card again and the lady said that it was fine. She said that she?d give me a call for when the contacts that she was going to order for me, arrived. 3 months later, I?m still waiting for that phone call. Going to a different branch from now on.
