Visited the Evesham store today. I was about to make a bad choice on a product and was given some really good advice that will make my DIY project a lot easier and safer. Extremely good service - helpful and knowledgeable - but also, very nice people. For clarity, they did ask me to post a review - but I'm very happy to.

Phil took the time to answer our queries and explain about floor tile slip ratings. Jack did a great job when we came to purchase the tiles we chose. Great range of tiles, all the tiles for our cottage have come from here.

Charlie and Phil were both extremely helpful. They immediately offered water to my dog as soon as we walked in. They were patient with going through different product properties and what would be most suitable for my application. They were good at giving direction but leaving the decision to me as to which products i wanted, as well as making sure i had things i would need for the project. Phil kindly helped to put things in my car whilst Charlie kindly sorted a discount which was very helpful. Very pleasant experience and great service. Thank you both.
