This place has no respect at all for there workers, saw one manager having a go at one worker...for not doing his job quick enough, the poor bloke (worker) looked tired and stressed, why should the worker stand for this is beyond me. Disgraced with the manager STEVE

Went Friday night 1 Aug to do big shop as staying in the area variety of goods on offer is very good,
1 person on the tills , the que for the till was halfway down an aisle which is not acceptable given there are MANY tills at this store, had a full trolley so had to go through the self serve, if you have done this with a full trolley you know what a nightmare this can be, even for us oldies, Several Tesco staff stood around at self serve area, come on common sense needs to apply, open some tills up , you are paying the staff to stand and talk, who are not paying attention to what is occurring, not looking after your customers.

Would give zero if I could!it a store issue the store itself is great and have regularly shopped there for years. Issue with female young staff moking the last time other night was too much. Taken to head office and CEO disgusting!

I love the fact they are open until late and therefore available when you need them.
Staff was very useful and helpful when having issues with the automatic machines, that shows a good level of staff training to respond to the mistakes of the machines.
The machines replacing cashiers at Tesco's are among the most efficient I have seen in the world where it definitely minimises the number of clicks you need to go through your purchases and leave.
The issue with Tesco's are mainly the low quality of fresh products (bakeries, cakes vegetables) and those discounts for club card members which made life harder for somebody like me just traveling back to the UK during a week but not living there. I felt like I would be charged more than anybody else for living abroad and avoided those clubcards products.

Really good store. Great layout and I really appreciated the barrier to come back through without going through check outs as many stores don't have this and it can become really stressful if you need to go back out for something before paying

I took my grandma to Tesco yesterday and the store was freezing. It set off her arthritis so will not be returning with her. We go every week and is never an issue!

Usually not a bad experience for food shopping but I went Wednesday evening and there was builders taking down the fruit and veg section. Clearly a few of them were pissed off and didn't want to be working because they were full on throwing the metal down being as loud as possible. Probably nothing to do with Tesco themselves a different company but I don't think any staff said anything to them. I would be surprised if no damage was done to the floor with how they were chucking stuff around.
