This used to be a good place to go for something quick to eat yet now with the new management taking over multiple times online orders have came wrong which has resulted in me having to come in personally and even then i?ll be lucky to even use the online feature as they seem to turn it off for no apparent reason at all,
They also try and charge you more in person for gluten free food than it is online.
Most of the staff here have awful listening skills and end up putting the wrong ingredients in the food no matter how clearly you say it.
The only redeeming factor for this store is the workers who have been there for years as well as the tall younger man who works there who always seems keen to help and also appears to have a better understanding of what to do than the new managers who have taken over.
All in all i?d only recommend coming here if you don?t care about food quality or good service.
Dietary restrictions: If you have a food allergy I wouldn?t recommend ordering online at all as on multiple occasions we have received food with regular cheese instead of vegan so your best bet would be coming in yourself.

Bought a cup of tea at 8.50 on Monday morning. Member of staff helpful and polite. Tea was good. Used toilet before leaving which was disgusting. Very offensive urine smell. Sticky floor. Wet toilet seat. Cannot have been cleaned for days!!! Wish I had gone before I drank tea. Staff use same toilet, so chance of cross contamination very high.

It has been closing early for nearly a month now last week when I came they closed for hot weather apparently.And now today when I came they said they?re closed for a problem in their system this is absolutely rubbish please fix this subway.

Ordered Philly steak 6inch and Philly steak footlong £18 odd with delivery. Requested both toasted/ cheese lettuce onion sweetcorn mayo arrived stone cold. Hadn't been toasted 2 Nd time it's happened,steak very cold. Toasted at home for my son and self but not great with hot mayo!! Hot lettuce!! As all mixed in by this point! Called shop at 07.20pm says open till 8pm no answer called upto 8pm no answer so I guess they couldn't wait to get home. Neither of us eat cold food so pretty vile

Trying to order a subway at 4pm bearing in mind they are open till half seven but apparently they have no bread so I cannot order unless I want a wrap. I don't understand why they are open either make more bread, it's your main item or close. Lazy lazy lazy!!!!

Lovely and clean both the toilets and the reception area. Staff were friendly and obliging a credit to the chain. Fully recommended

Went in to get a subway with my friend and as me and my friend were eating a homeless man came in and asked for some water which was then refused by all of the staff working. Me and my friend gave them a weird look because of how inhumane it was and they eventually gave in and gave him some. But seriously? How embarrassing for the staff that they are that terrible they couldn?t even spare water for the homeless!
