Poor overall experiance. Had to go back many 3 times. My glasses was making me feel sick, and walk strange. First time I was told I needed to get use to them. 2nd time I was told I needed to wear my glasses higher and to get use to them again. I then went in the 3rd time the glasses had a faulty lens. I then had to return them, they fixed the faulty lens, but the glasses are not the right. Turns out now I have to have another eye test. I will not be returning to specsavers.

Evesham Specsavers is awful. The customer service is terrible. You are constantly bounced between members of staff. None of which seem to have a clue what is going on.

Great customer service today from the Evesham team; from the initial quick eye imaging test to a very thorough eye test for my contact lenses and reading glasses, and finally to the glasses selection and ordering. It felt like everyone cared! Good job.

I have recently bought some more subscription sunglasses from the Evesham branch. A lovely young lady called Oavaria sorted out the frames and measurements for me. When I fetched them a young man called Vinay got them fitting correctly and even put some plastic nose pieces on for me as I bought plastic frames. I thought that very thoughtful of him. Ivs used Spec Savers for years and always found them helpful and polite.
