Ordered for the first time from here for mother's day. Got them delivered the day before to be sure I had them. Usually get flowers from morrisons florist as they are fab but thought this year i'd do something a bit special. I paid £65 for the bouquet in the photo and £10 for delivery - £75 total. I am so underwhelmed it's sad. I can get a box of flowers from morrisons for £40 that's bigger than these, and I can get a box of flowers from a local florist for £40 that's bigger than these, and both are still of good quality. don't get me wrong, they're a nice bunch, but they are not worth £65. and they do not look as they are advertised - very different in fact. it also stated you could add a little custom comment such as favourite colour of the recipient so that this was incorporated a little more and was more custom. so, i did. however this was not incorporated any more so than the photo, so that was a waste of time. just overall feel like ive massively overpaid and not got what I thought id bought, and this will not be a place that I reccomend to anyone. id rather go morrisons and speak to the lovely florist who will custom make a bouquet, or to silver birch who are better value for money as a florist.

In our humble opinion this family run florist is unquestionably the finest florist by far. Flowers and plants they can not be more helpful, honest and very good value for money. They also have some amazing skills and will provide exceptional floral and plant sensations. Their window displays reflect the love & passion they have which reassure you that you have chosen well. Loved my visits to this beautiful shop to make fairy gardens, Christmas wreaths and attempt some pumpkin carving. I also purchased lovely fresh flowers and several excellent house plants. James Hayley and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable I really recommend a visit

Silver birch bouquets always supply the best customer service and advice on choosing the best of the best but most importantly provide the most gorgeous fresh flowers that seem to last forever.I?ve had numerous bouquets delivered to myself and that I?ve purchased for friends and family too. (Special occasions/funerals etc) They have even fitted me in a couple of times for same day delivery which is great.They also have a great selection of house plants in store too which I personally love.I will never go anywhere else for fresh beautiful flowers ??
