“Found myself visiting this store as we had visited the valleys for part of my hen do. With only a week to go, I still had not found my ideal wedding shoes! there was a lovely lady in training who could not have been more eager to please and more helpful! I am a 7 or 8 with a wide fit depending on the shoe and store, and she went through the back stock hunting high and low for something suitable to match the styles I had found not in my size. We had almost given up hope, when finally I settled on a beautiful pair and left very satisfied. Even better they were doing 20% off sandals! Very pleased and I want to say she did fantastically”

“Visited the Evesham store today and it was very busy, I noticed Holly was working so hard and giving such fantastic customer service. I was lucky enough to be served by Holly, and she went above and beyond for me even though was very busy, and very little staff. I asked for a different size than I could find, in a Christmas jumper, and Holly looked on her stock to see if she could get me one, and it said there was one, so she went to the stock room to see if she could get one from there. There wasn’t any there, but Holly then went on to order the item for me, the whole time giving me excellent customer service. I felt it was important to let Next know what a wonderful member of staff they have working for them.”
