“I visited the Evesham store a couple of weeks ago a with a friend and we were both impressed by the variety of shoes/boots on sale. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them, they were helpful, friendly and made it a pleasant shopping experience l bought a pair of boots after trying on many pairs and my friend bought herself two pairs. Even though we were deliberating for quite a while the staff didn’t get frustrated with us and continued to be helpful throughout. We will definitely be visiting this store again !”

“Visited the Evesham store today and it was very busy, I noticed Holly was working so hard and giving such fantastic customer service. I was lucky enough to be served by Holly, and she went above and beyond for me even though was very busy, and very little staff. I asked for a different size than I could find, in a Christmas jumper, and Holly looked on her stock to see if she could get me one, and it said there was one, so she went to the stock room to see if she could get one from there. There wasn’t any there, but Holly then went on to order the item for me, the whole time giving me excellent customer service. I felt it was important to let Next know what a wonderful member of staff they have working for them.”
