Purchased a faulty item from the Evesham screwfix branch took it back for a replacement but they did not have it in stock . It was re ordered for next day collection but it was still out of stock went across the road to toolstation they had the item instore to purchase. But screwfix are refusing to refund my money until they get my replacement item instore.AVOID SCREWFIX GO TO TOOLSTATION BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND stock availability
