I recently faced a regrettable situation, resulting in a loss of over £1200!! A newly hired employee, lacking competence, performed an unauthorized currency conversion without informing me, leading to the financial setback. Despite assurances, the manager failed to address the issue, and efforts to recover the funds have been futile. This experience highlights serious shortcomings in the bank's customer service and operational procedures, urging caution for potential customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Spoke to a lady called Charlotte and another lady (I apologise I didn?t get her name) over the phone today at the Evesham branch and they were the most helpful members of staff I have ever come across. Nothing was a problem and I appreciated all their assistance today. Total stars! ??

I use this branch on a regular basis and I cant praise the staff enough. Every single one of them is very helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble, special mention to Dawn, Sylvia, Denise, Gemma and Charlotte but everyone of them is great

Branch clean and tidy, served by a friendly, professional lady. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because of the lack of pens available for customers use. This is now unfortunate in all bank branches now I believe, as everybody is expected to use debit cards, smart phones etc. Well guess what all banks, the majority of the U.K. may rely on technology but some people do still write cheques and would appreciate all banks making at least 1 or 2 available for customer use.
