Went to this branch yesterday and was left unattended too for 20 minutes,meanwhile a member of staff manning the front desk,attended to everyone else while I waited by the front desk,no communication at all,completely ignored so rather then wait any longer, I decided to walk back home through the rain so worst bank experience…..ever.

Only one bank teller at the counter at Evesham branch so a 25 minute wait for the one customer in front to be served. Then unable to withdraw cash using cheque as digital service only. Returned with necessary card two days later to join a queue of 9 people. After 10 minutes one person had been served as only one teller...
