1 hour 30 mins for delivery. All dishes generally lacked flavour; jalfrezi particularly poor, tasted of habanero chilli only, not the expected chilli in this dish; naan bread rubbery in texture. Won't be ordering again.

Beautiful decor, comfy seating, very clean establishment Plent of menu choice and the food was freshly cooked, hot and very tasty, with good portion sizes. I'd recommend this place if you like good quality Indian food, they do sit in or takeaway.

Just ate again, expecting great food. Well, have the feet settled! Rice, disgusting, a lump. Naan bread, average at best. Main, average at best. Not a great experience.

Ordered takeaway, tropical masala. Menu said lamb, chicken & king prawn but I didn't realise it literally meant ONE king prawn, and that was in its shell !
In a thick sauce! Nearly choked on it.
Lamb was hard.
At least it was delivered in 35 minutes tonight instead of the usual 1hr 30mins+
Haven't ordered from here in a long time, now I remember why.
Think we'll be going back to Evesham Balti. More expensive and their dishes are often swimming in ghee (which is why we changed), but at least when you order a dish with king prawns there's more than one, they're beautifully tender and they're not still in their shell.

Ordered food at 5.14pm still hadn?t turned up at 7pm, kids were starving and ready for bed, no call to say the food was delayed or no discount offered for the inconvenience caused, will not be ordering from here again!!

Took almost 2 hrs for delivery to arrive and that was after 2 phone calls to restaurant being told it had already left for delivery. When it did arrive it was all cold so it all had to go in the microwave to be re heated. Food itself ok but nothing special. Just don't expect to have to pay an extra £7 for service fee and delivery to have to microwave it all when it gets here . Very disssapointed to be honest.

Authentic Indian restaurant, traditional menu with all the items you expect plus a few extra Bangladeshi style dishes if you're looking for that truly home style cooking.
Tables are large with plenty of space for big groups, service was good with friendly staff
Everything was just very good quality, lamb was super tender. Prawn Puri was fresh and not oily. Portion sizes were good. Prices are very reasonable.
Definitely worth a visit!

Had delivery. After hearing so much, being the best in town!.... poppadoms all in a million pieces. Mint yoghurt completely off colour. Not to taste too..
rice was over cooked bland. The garlic prawns swimming in oil.. the naan burnt. the madras was not the taste of a normal madras.. such a shame.. were really looking forward to our meal. But will stick to the Raj, and to eat in evesham balti.. they have never let us down...

Poor customer service. Delivery half an hour late. Tried phoning and they hung up on us . Phoned back and got answer phone.

Hard earnt money wasted thought we?d give them a try instead of our normal Indian due to popularity, food really wasn?t enjoyable.

Excellent food and the staff were brilliant. A great place for a meal. A good selection of dishes and the service was spot on, highly recommend.
