This lovely little store is great. They have so much to offer, great deals, amazing and friendly staff and service. The post office inside is also extremely helpful to all of the village, especially the small businesses.

I used the store as an Amazon pickup point and walked 2 miles to pick up the package on a Saturday morning. On arrival the store was open but I was told that the person responsible was not in due to a bereavement. Fair enough, so I walked back Monday arriving at 1:30pm to be told that the Post Office part was closed for lunch till 2:00pm. I explained that I had already been to collect on the Saturday hoping the lady would take 1 minute sort my package only to be told again in a very pert tone that the service on Saturday was closed due to a bereavement and the Post Office was now closed for lunch. I had a choice stand waiting for 30 minutes or return another day. Fingers crossed I get the package on the next visit, but that?s it for me going forward at this store. I guess I?m spoilt by the polite professional service I?m used to when out shopping.

Absolutely refreshing to open door and this shop is the cleanest looking shop ever. Huge selection of sandwiches. Everything you could think of a shop having this one has it. Great staff amazing owners lovely little place Offenham is very lucky ?

I think our village shop is great. The staff are friendly and helpful, the stock is well laid out and covers all the essentials you need and a bit more. Fresh bread, rolls and even pasties and other hot snacks are on offer, as well as take away teas, coffees and other beverages when you are in a rush. It also offers all the post office services. I cannot recommend this village shop and post office enough.
