Long queues and always trying to overcharge. I stick to Evri as much as possible but this was for Northern Ireland so Royal Mail cheaper for a package "in theory".Please could you advise if your counter staff are actively encouraged to upsell? Are they on commission???

Use the post office regularly to post out letters that require sign for delivery. Went today with 8 letters to post out with a mixture of 1st and 2nd class signed for and Justyna behind the counter was fantastic. Really quick and efficient and provided excellent service. 5 stars!

I called the post office to ask if they could print some emails off for me. I spoke to Rob and he was so polite. Rob had the emails printed off and had put the paperwork into an envelope for me. This was behind the counter waiting for me to collect. Great service, and Rob is very helpful. Thank you, you are an asset to the company Rob.
