Came into Evesham Post Office to renew passport and served by Natalie Crisp who was excellent ' polite, efficient and quick service. Excellent.

Long queues and always trying to overcharge. I stick to Evri as much as possible but this was for Northern Ireland so Royal Mail cheaper for a package "in theory".Please could you advise if your counter staff are actively encouraged to upsell? Are they on commission???
