Me and my partner were stuck on the decision of what animals would suit us best, Josh the manager came to us to help in the decision, and all I can say is that he was the most helpful person we could?ve come across, lovely conversation and amazing service. Just wanting to book a basic groom is a pain at this place. 5 calls two messages still no answer. The only reason I've given 2 stars is because the shop and assistants are so good. Groom room needs work.

I was looking for a flea treatment for my dog and the staff were lovely about it, they helped me find what I was looking for. However as I was leaving I came across a rather odd sight, A young girl was pretending to be an animal outside. I found this just slightly odd yet I cannot hold the staff acountable for it. Overall found what I was looking for at a good price!
