After a bad experience else we took the children here and they were fantastic with them. So patient even with my very energetic son, who makes trying to fit glasses quite difficult. But they managed to get it done, with kindness and patience. The aftercare is brilliant too. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else.

Absolutely fantastic, cannot compliment the team here enough. I broke my glasses and only had one pair of disposable lenses. They came to my rescue and sorted me with both lenses and glasses, as well as check ups in less than one week. Truly the best opticians out there!!! Staff are amazing and very friendly too!!

Had ear Syringing done today and I honestly can?t thank them all so much ?.. all the staff are super nice , I honestly can?t fault them and can and will recommend them highly to anyone ?? saved me a long weekend of pain and more so a trip to hospital . Thank you so much x

I have been there for eye sight check. The gentleman clearly explained me all details. He carefully checked my eyes and identified eye sight better then specsavers.

Someone on the phone mixed up my appointment dates and somehow it ended up being my fault, the woman on the phone seemed completely unbothered and unhelpful. Don?t even bother going in here, use specsavers or vision express.

I have been wearing glasses since the age of 4 and have been a customer at many opticians during my life. Osbornes is by far the best opticians that I have been a customer of. The reason for this is excellent service. All of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and I always feel that whoever I am communicating with has time to speak to me. In addition to being short sighted, I also have an issue with my eyes that needs more expertise. I have found this at Osbornes and also really value that it is dealt with with empathy and patience. I would definitely recommend this opticians to others.

I have been visiting Osbornes of Evesham for as long as I have needed optometry services. Whilst it is always a friendly and professional staff experience in eye testing and spectacle purchasing, the practice goes above and beyond basic patient care. I have been seen and aided under their emergency system as well as benefiting from the various other services on offer such as audiology, podiatry and facial aesthetics. The genuine warmth and knowledge of the optometrists and assistants is both reassuring and impressive. What?s more, the choice of glasses frames on offer is unbeatable in their range, aesthetics and trends; particularly the brands that are not available anywhere else locally such as Face A Face and Tom Ford. It?s always a pleasure to visit Osbornes- a true gem of a local business.

I called in to get my glasses adjusted as they slip down if I look down and move my head. Lauren was so helpful my glasses were straightened and then adjusted to where they needed to be to suit how I usually wear them. Now they don?t slip if I move my head. Lauren is amazing! .

Fantastic service from everyone. Made to feel comfortable and listened to. Would recommend them to anyone, sure they may cost a little more than your highstreet name, however you get a far higher level of service.
