Went in this morning after no help from Stratford branch, for some reassurance on my transfer on line (not very internet savvy). I had excellent advice and my banking needs met within twenty minutes. Thank you very much from all of you. Came out rest assured.

Not the first time I got helpful advice from David. Always seems friendly. So does everyone else but I always seem to end up with David. He helped me increase my credit limit today! Hoping for that to help my credit score.
