I came here while waiting for my car to have new wheels put on at Halfords across the road. I waited around an hour for my food and they got my order wrong and it was all stone cold! The bins were packed and had obviously not been emptied since they opened this morning and couldn?t take anymore rubbish, it also looked like they had not cleaned the tables or floors as the tables were covered in food and were drenched and the floor was the exact same. I would like to believe this issue was a one time thing yet this isn?t my first experience here.

If I could do a review for less that one I would. Rubbish service and extremely slow. 27 minutes wait in drive thru. Awful!

Earth shatteringly incompetent.
I'd say that 4 out of 5 orders from drive through are wrong and this place is no exception
Order at drive through...asked them to repeat and confirm order at payment window, drove to collection window and it was wrong.
Why are so many orders incorrect? Are idiots employed or do they just not care ?

Worst McDonald?s on Earth. Waited 15 minutes in drive thru for a a breakfast wrap that looked like it had been put together by a bear, total mess. Went in to get a refund no apology, 10-15 staff all standing around.

may be one of the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. safe to say that we will NOT be coming back. we waited in the driving lane for SO LONG and then when we finally got the window they messed up our order so we had to tell them again AND THEN when they gave us our food we looked in the bags and the wrap we order was NOT THERE. worst McDonald?s in the uk, food is absolutely terrible nothing like any of the McDonald?s I?ve been to before, I would suggest you do NOT come here save your stomachs before it?s too late. out of all the places you manage to stuff up McDonald?s. Staff seem nice.

Very rude girl at payment kiosk. Used the drive through, waited at one of the order intercoms but three cars which arrived after us had their orders taken at the adjacent order intercom and had moved on while we were still sitting there. Thinking the intercom was broken I went to the payment kiosk to let her know we were being missed out. I couldn't believe my ears when the girl said "you'll have to wait". Then I thought she had misunderstood so I explained the situation and she said "you just have to wait then". Unbelievably rude. I asked why. She said she worked on the one intercom where the cars were going through and the person who worked on the other intercom was busy doing something else.!!!!! We finally had a chance to reverse out of the "you'll just have to wait" order intercom and went through the rude girls order intercom. Thought that would be the end of it but we had to wait for our drinks. By the time we got them the hot coffee was cold and the iced frappe wasn't frapped. So my frappe was like a coffee milk shake with blocks of ice in it therefore half the size drink it should be and very creamy because it didn't have any slush. The wraps only had food in the bottom half. Top half completely empty. But the worse bit was the rude girl. If that franchise is teaching their staff bad manners and how to be rude than top marks.

This is the most terrible place where they cook or try to cook food. A big problem with the staff. I come here every morning to order coffee. And I can say that out of all the shifts who work, there are only 2, maybe 3 people who really do their job at a high level. The rest of the workers are just terrible, out of five visits every morning, I can say that 2 are successful. They confuse orders, do not issue receipts, when I asked to check my order, they closed the window and went about their business. The burgers are wrapped in paper so that you have to assemble them again. A large size can be passed off as a place of a standard drink. For the place of Americano, a cappuccino was prepared. No, I want to visit this place again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. THIS PLACE IS SUCCESSFUL ONLY
IN THE REST OF THE SERVICE. Even the parking control service, rare idiots. I was fined for 3 hours of downtime in parking. But in fact, I just stopped by at 6 am, bought coffee and left, and then at 9 am I stopped by again to buy coffee. They wanted to get a fine of £100 from me. Thanks to video surveillance in the car, the fine was challenged and canceled. All this, as described above, happened for at least 2 months. Perhaps it has always been like this, I have begun to sow this place more often for the last 2 months. Thank you for spoiling my opinion of you. My rating for your establishment (-2) Public toilet.
Parking: The parking surveillance service can fine you unreasonably.

Unbelievable they can't have a normal staff who can do their job without missing something from the order.
