I ordered a box of flowers and paid £40 and £5 for delivery and came a hand bouquet of flowers that cost £20, i called the shop and we agreed for a refund and i came for the refund and the girl at the till gave me £1.50 only for the cost of the box, absolutely disgusting, please avoid

Louise's florist is absolutely brilliant. I ordered birthday flowers for my auntie for her birthday which Louise made and delivered on the day for my aunt, which were then in turn unfortunately stolen, even though they had been left safely out of sight. When I contacted Louise's they offered to make another bouquet at no further cost and delivered it on the day for me. So kind and thoughtful. I would highly recommend Louise's florist for your flowers.

Amazing service. I went into florist not really knowing what I wanted for my dad's memorial. Louise's lorist listened and knew exactly what I wanted when I didn't. The wreath was just perfect. Highly recommend to everyone.
