The lady I spoke to in the bank was more than very helpful when dealing with our queries. Lloyd's bank have never let us down in our 34 years of marriage. I joined the bank around 1977. Married in 1987.

Always find we are waiting quite a while which can be due to staff chatting or only having one desk open! Theyve got 3-4 desks to use on the right hand side as you walk in but they only use one or if youre lucky 2 at a time. I have found myself waiting for almost half an hour to be seen. What a joke!

if i could give minus stars i would, i am very disappointed with the service i got and the bank in general, i have been attempting to open an account or change my other half's to a joint account for over a year now, they have been rude, unhelpful and just plain disappointing. i will be using a different bank and my oh will be moving. i suggest if you want a bank with any kind of decent customer service you do not use Lloyds and if you do and there is somekind of problem with something do not expect any help from their staff. totally unhappy with them.

Just been refurbished, its huge. They clearly charge their customers too much money. In all seriousness though the staff in their are very friendly and on brand with Lloyds. I guess the main thing you need to know is there are cash points.
