Refused to do a virtual viewing of a property with no reason other that they don't have to. Lazy estate agents, if I was selling my property through you I wouldn't be happy that you were telling potential buyers that virtual tours aren't available.

Changed my programme to fit in with their timetable. Travelled a long way to meet them at the property. They did not turn up to the appointment they agreed. Big waste of my time. Very disappointing service.
