From start to finish, Claire was friendly, professional, and incredibly proactive in keeping the process moving. She communicated clearly, always kept me updated, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. During our whole process of purchasing our first property, Tony from leaders was the only saving grace. She could not have been more supportive and knowledgeable, we had very very difficult solicitors and really fought in our corner to get our sale completed.
Couldn?t of asked for anymore, communication was brillant and nothing was too much. The lady you need in your corner.

From start to finish, the service I've received from Leaders has been nothing less than superb! I chose Leaders to market my property due to Dan?s energy and enthusiasm - he came thoroughly prepared for the valuation and was happy to answer any questions following this. The team worked incredibly hard throughout, with lots of viewings, resulting in my property selling quickly for well over the asking price. Well, had viewing of bungalow in Honeybourne. Loved the property, requested 2nd viewing for family to go. Same agent, couldnt wait for us to leave. Just wanted to see about pipework for 2nd bathroom we needed to put in a wetroom. As the agent was rushing us we decided to ask for 3rd viewing in order to have more time to make offer and see exactly what was needed. Apparently, agent said we had angered the seller and the seller sold to someone else, despite telling her we were interested. Agent, knew that our family member had a serious illness and needed to move as house was dold but couldnt have cared less. She rang us to say an offer had been accepted and that seller wouldnt sell to us and didnt give us the option to put an offer in. What did we do that warranted this!. We were very upset st losing the property. All we needed was a little time to ensure the wetroom would work. Instead you sold from underneath us. Shame on you Leaders for not being straight. Have no words for your company or the seller. Our family member was told the property was lost in hospital!!

An excellent service from the Evesham team beginning with Tasmin dealing with my initial enquiry to Dan carrying out the valuation. My dad's property was under offer within 48 hours and I have been impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of everyone involved. I still can't quite believe they found a buyer so quickly!!

After a terrible few weeks with another agency, we moved the business of selling our house to Leaders, Evesham. After that it was all systems go! The biggest benefit of this agency is their communication, followed by their friendliness. We never felt a burden calling them and they kept us up to speed every step of the way with viewings, feedback and the whole process. Through no fault of theirs, our first and second sale fell through [crazy pandemic times..], but they re-sold it both times within a day or two! Dan and his team have worked tirelessly for us and, for once, I can actually say an estate agents has fully earned their commission!

Having worked with Dan before in securing my first house move in 2016 I sought him out again to help with the same of it five years later. The whole team at leaders were simply outstanding. The biggest compliment I can give is that they were 100% transparent and honest from the start. There were no false promises of what may be possible, just facts of what can be done. Our house was priced correctly, on the market and sold for asking price in 24 hours. A superb team of EXPERTS. Go nowhere else. Leaders will be the best choice you can make.
