What a pleasant experience friendly experience.
Just popped in to buy 4 slabs, not knowing make, type etc I showed the lady on the counter a photo of what I needed and immediately she knew what they were and completed the transaction.
As we went outside there was a very helpful chap who then loaded them into our car.
Prob 8 mins if that and we were on our way! Very happy. Thankyou Jewsons

After being shocked by B&Q's online timber prices, I decided to visit this merchant for some timber for my garden shed fascia. I initially assumed it was a trade-only business, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it open to the public.
The counter staff were incredibly helpful, taking the time to understand my DIY project and offering great recommendations. In the yard, the picker carefully selected timber that was straight and free from splits, without me even having to ask.
The prices were far lower than I expected, and they even offered delivery. Excellent service all around?highly recommended!

Double checked size of Acrow prop available with sales staff and was told I needed to hurry over to acquire the product due to staff availability, when I arrive there are about 10 staff members on site and I was told to go to Worcester as they didn?t have the specified size. Won?t use again.

Visited in search of some paving slabs, just to make a shed base. The staff were incredibly helpful and priced up the ones we were looking at. Then one of the staff mentioned that if it was only a shed base, they had a batch of discontinued slabs that might do the job. We ended up buying these and it knocked two thirds of the price off straight away. I was really impressed as they could have easily just sold us the full priced ones. On top of that, they then got two young Yard hands to load the slabs into our vehicle. The whole experience was perfect. I will definitely recommend this Jewsons store to friends and family. First rate service and staff.
