Disappointing service as a Premier customer. Tried to change the linked bank to HSBC for one of my subscriptions. HSBC refused to provide the necessary proof of bank change (mis)-quoting GDPR and so had to employ an accountant. A combination of lack of flexibility from the central phone number and cluelessness in the bank made me regret moving from Lloyds earlier this year.

The staff miss inform you, give you the wrong information and are clueless. I have had to go in twice to sort an issue, just had another phone call and they need me to go back in again because they gave me the wrong information.
Stay away.

As a Premier customer, I would have expected better service.
