In response to your reply, I?m not sure if you?re trying to say I?m lying but I can most certainly say your ?claims? are lies. Not once was it mentioned before that it had an oil leak because there wasn?t. there was no seal put on the oil filter because I had to have another mechanic to fix it. So clearly your ?mechanics? don?t know what they?re doing. And as for the several times they?ve tried to reach out to me that, which was once and I was busy and when I had chance to call back you was shut. So please don?t use that as an excuse I have also emailed you last Thursday so if you wanted to reply to it on there feel free. Or you could call me several times again up to you.

Absolutely fantastic service! I phoned up with a serious oil issue on my car, the manager said to pop the car in and they would have a look at it. I was there 5 minutes later, they had the car straight up on the ramp and within half an hour the issue was resolved. Fantastic service and I am so grateful for how quickly they helped and sorted out the issue for me. Couldn?t recommend these guys enough!! Don?t go anywhere else, these guys are the best!

Great Place, and honest people. Not sure what others mean by 'poor service', as only this morning my mate had a flat tyre, so we've arrived there asking for help (repair or replacement) and the lad went outside with us and checked the tyre straight away to find out. Asked us to leave the details and will get back to us as soon as previous customers will get sorted explaining as well how much it will be for repaieing the tyre, so can't complain.
In the past I've used to few times and never had a problem. Please remember that everyone can have a bad day, so just give them a try again ???
Would reccomend as I did today to my friend!

I have been going to HiQ in Evesham for a number of years now , and had previously had excellent service with nice staff .
I don?t know what?s going on now as the service is diabolical, the staff are rude and can?t be bothered to offer a good and efficient service.
Plenty of other efficient, prompt and pleasant companies around that we will now take our business to.

Took my grandmother down to HiQ in evesham to get 4 tyres all round on my grandads van. Marvin and Joe gave us a great price for the 4 tyres , told us fitting could take 2:1/2 hours . They smashed it out in 1 1/2 . Very honest lads and pleasure to do business , 5star couldn?t recommend enough ! Cheers lads.

To start off.... I used to be the manager at Hi-Q worcester a few years ago. My heavily pregnant Mrs along with 2 kids had a puncture today (30/5/24) I advised her to go to Worcester branch as to make sure she got looked after. After her talking to someone in reception they had a look at the tyre size (205/55r16) and advised her they sold the last tyre in stock and are unable to help. Being the fact this is an extremely popular size, along with the fact they look after West mercia police vehicles who also run this size in Goodyear I have no doubt they did in fact have a suitable tyre in stock (if it was not repairable!!!)
She also left without the branch offering to check the tyre pressures which was also asked for upon arrival.
I advised her to go to the evesham branch in this case. Upon arrival the lads got her in, repaired the tyre as apposed to a replacement and got her out the door in 20 mins without being booked in. She also said how nice her experience was with evesham as apposed to worcester (her first time going to a garage by herself)
Worcester branch has fallen below par massively. Especially for a heavily pregnant woman with 2 kids!
I cannot commend the entire staff in evesham branch enough for going above and beyond. I would also like the area manager of evesham to let all the team know how much it meant to me for them being extremely honest, without unneeded upselling, and for looking after my family!!
I think they deserve a dominoes ;P

Had used this business in 2 occasions.
First time had all tyres replaced and 2 out of 4 were installed against the rotation arrows marked on tyres which failed my MOT and had to pay to have them corrected. Other 2 leaked air.
Years later I thought to give them a chance again same 4 tyres to be replaced received my car back with broken centre wheel clips 3 of them which costs 60£ each to replace from Mercedes couldn?t do the alignment on the reason a bolt can?t be loose and I was asked to replace the entire assembly in order for them to do alignment over 200£ quoted which I denied
On top of that they broke the clips from underneath cover and didn?t bother even to replace them nor inform me and because of that while driving all came down the wheel nearly ripped off the cover. When contacted them all were denied founding all sort of excuses to get away.
I won?t ever use that place again and don?t recommend it to anyone.

We are so pleased with the service we got. Not only was our car seen at a moments notice, the expertise of Shaun, the Assistant Manager and his team was extremely impressive.
