This is the best pharmacy for miles around. Knowledgable, courteous and prompt: they?re brilliant. They even follow up on any new medications with a quick phone call, just to make sure there aren?t any side-effects.

Have been using this pharmacy for some years as more local ones were really struggling. They are well staffed so rarely have to wait in line and, despite the pressures they must be under, they always answer the phone! The team are really efficient, helpful and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. Any problems are sorted in a friendly and empathetic manner.

Transferred here from a well known (useless) High Street pharmacy chain. What a total difference! Attentive, helpful and knowlegable staff, nothing too much trouble and prescriptions always ready on time. Excellent service from pharmacist/owner in well designed consulting rooms making flu/covid jabs etc. a piece of cake. We need more businesses like this - good old fashioned SERVICE. The store is also well stocked with toiletries etc. Well done!

I went to the Evesham pharmacy for my covid vaccine booster dose this autumn. There's no parking directly outside the store, however plenty of places to park within a very short walk nearby. Walking in I was promptly asked if I needed any help by a helpful lady at the front of the store. She directed me to the pharmacy counter at the rear where I was promptly seen to, they were very organised. The gentleman providing me with the vaccine injection was very friendly, relaxed but professional and actually wielded the injection with a great deal more care than most nurses in this area. Didn't feel a thing. The appointment was swift and literally painless. Very satisfied.
