Well done for the effort of trying to make me buy something that I don?t want in the first place and then suggesting I could go across the road to CEX if I don?t want the tablet and then talking to me like I was a five year old after I said can we address why I?m here then told that?s not possible at the moment my next visit well was worse still you were not taking any notice of me and continued to try to make me buy more items I didn?t want when I got up and started walking away you basically became very angry and I gave you the same attitude back then you threatened me with violence which your colleague stepped in and stopped you then called a a waste of time so now you are the people that are at a loss as a better EE store help me to get the mess you made put right and also got the two mobiles phones upgraded to

Amazing service! My SIM card was not working after a couple of years, came to the shop and they reemplace it free of charge in a couple of minutes, super friendly staff and totally recommend the shop

I didn't buy anything and just asked questions about phones whilst rattling on about fossils of all things as the conversation drifted a bit! However, Omer and his staff were very helpful.
