Customer service poor when we walked in there was 4 staff talking in a corner, that gave a bad impression, was told they didn't carry what i wanted because "this is a technology store," yet loads can be found on line, but NO offer of help was given!

Not happy tried to look at tvs went up first row then tried to go up the middle but there were boxes strewn over floor tried to step over them and was told it was shut buy a scruffy man not in currys uniform where was the health and safety?

1. problem already at the time of purchase. the goods cannot be picked up in the store. you have to pay for home delivery.2.the induction hob broke in the first week. I called the helpline. I told them about the broken induction hob they said they would contact me within a week but nothing happened after that. I have called them countless times over the past 7 weeks. after a call to the manufacturer, I found out that since the equipment broke down within 30 days of purchase, they must replace it with a new one.3. due to the fact that currys will extend the collection date of the old induction hob, my induction hob wasn't available in their store anymore.4.very bad telephone service and very poor sound quality. Overall a very bad experience with this store.
