I rate this experience 1 star beacuse me and my mate went to currys to look at the vr's and one of your female workers started staring at me and laughing with other customers and her co workes and this made me very uncomfortable i would rate this 0 stars if i could.

Friendly staff, super helpful. We've had a few items the past couple of years from this store, all great condition and still in good condition now. On one occasion we ordered a TV to collect in store the staff wheeled it outside and put it in our car for us.

I have just visited your store with a friend of mine who speaks very little English. Her first language is Italian. A lovely young girl called Michelle served us, who herself is Italian. She recognised that my friend was Italian and spoke to her in her language. Excellent customer service and an absolute credit to your store.

Purchased an item from curry's Evesham l ended up getting the wrong end of the stick about the stick about the items condition and vehemently expressed my displeasure . I unfortunately ended up losing my cool and saw red with the Aaron the gentleman who l was dealing with. Aaron was a superstar no matter how upset l got he maintained his composure and was masterful in de-escalating the situation ensuring without taking things personally. Aaron is a credit to your team and again l am so grateful that it was him who dealt with the situation. Aaron again lm sorry for the grief l gave you and thank you for accepting my apology

Customer service really great i was returning a faulty item today and the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with getting me a new item ,they are all a credit to the shop especially the girl behind the Customer service desk today she really helped me a lot thank you.

Pretty sure no one works here as as you can?t see a staff member anywhere despite waiting in store for 20 mins at the collection counter. The staff that eventually turn up ignore you

Very disappointed again with Currys Evesham went in and told young lady at the computer desk eating apple and totally uninterested that I was about to buy a ipad(£899) could she set it up for me ,answer was "No I finish at 4" it was 2.15 when I asked no other customer in shop and I know that it doesn't take very long to set the ipad up I had all my passwords and I wasn't looking for data transfer the last time at same shop it took minutes once again Currys have lost a customer why are these people working in this environment if they cannot be bothered.Last time I visited computer desk at this store a young man with a beard couldn't have been more helpful
