Place was dirty rubbish on floor and dirty dishes and cups left on table. Food horrible. Won't eat or drink in this bin ever again

Not the happiest place I have visited. Mince pie mostly pastry ½ empty. Only stopped here as they have a ev chargers, else would avoid on a Monday morning.

Visitinfg on holiday from Canada. We needed directions to supermarket for groceries, so stopped in for a coffee break. Parking was easy . Restaurant cheerful and clean. Coffee good. Tia was a great help in service but also took the trouble to write down directions for us. All staff were good but Tia deserves an extra pat on the back. Thank you.

Lovely staff. Internet is patchy so can?t work there (which is a shame). This costa has a lovely atmosphere and is usually not too busy. Probably because the internet is bad. ?

Stopped off for a coffee on the way to Stow on the Wold. Great find as this is a modern smart Costa with friendly staff. Clean toilets as well and empty EV chargers.

The fat controller (Danielle) refused to serve drinks to myself and my son because we were driving trikes. A trike is not a motorcycle it is driven under a car licence. They don't have any signs saying no motorcycles , no pushbike or no trikes through the drive through. All there is, is a height restriction. I wanted both of there names so I could ring head office and the one girl was wearing a false badge which wasn't even her name apparently. The fat controller (Danielle the manager was one nasty horrible creature) and I do wish her nothing but karma.I DO BELIEVE IN KARMA. Apparently she even called the police on me wasting police recourses by calling 999. I was no threat what so ever and all I wanted was there pictures to send to head office. I will be back for those pictures in my car this time when there least expecting me. Its not a crime to photograph anything I can see. So ladies keep smiling for the camera I will be back
