I just want to say how I have enjoyed my last two visits to your CEX Evesham store. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the great selection of choice for DVDs at great prices. I'm always looking for WWE DVDs and films. The store team are very friendly.

The guys who served us were amazingly helpful and super patient. Take into consideration that if you trade items in, you will be contacted by customer services who are not based in the store and know nothing about the store. Plan to pop in and enquire the price, rather than taking the email as the final statement. I traded in items numerous times and the price in store was always different than the one customer services emailed me with. They are rubbish! Just deal with the wonderful staff in store :)

Staff always up for a bit of a chat if its a quiet day, they know their stuff, film/movies etc. Probably going to end up being the only shop on the highstreets doing physical media so happy to support. FYI - If its busy then it a real hassle to queue up just to ask about the good stuff you keep behind the counter, needs a solution, I recommend you print off place holders to stick on the shelves around the shop.

Bit of a pain to get to in a wheelchair or with crutches as the road is closed off during the dayBut inside it is quite big with lots of choice for xbox and PlayStation games and he plenty of phones and other electrical goods.

I spend a lot of money in this shop for my son and probably shop here weekly . Today my son's PS4 would not power up so took to this shop and asked if they had a different power lead for PS4 I Could try ( reasonable request ?) Guy said they didn't have power lead ???? I then asked about repair he said 90 pound straight away I replied that he had not even looked at it . He explained that they send them away to be done and this is minimum payment fair enough, but come on would it have hurt to just try a power lead on it for me ? My son was gutted he's 12 and I won't be shopping here again .
